A sleek and cavernous Italian meets – Japanese Izakaya where slow cooked meat, pasta and natural wine rule.

Seating is counter style around a small kitchen with a prominent charcoal grill.
The wines are all natural, reasonable and good.

What are natural wines?

Natural wines are wines that are produced without adding or removing anything during winemaking, although some growers add tiny quantities of sulphites at bottling, so that strictly speaking their wines are not natural wines, but ‘only’ organic ( and possibly biodynamic).

Their most popular dish is porchetta (pork – Italian speciality) but unfortunately they were already sold out on that night. So make sure you reserve the porchetta in advance when you make a reservation.

For appetizer we called for Grilled Eggplant. It was nice but honestly it was a bit fishy for me.

For mains we had – Tomato cream sauce spaghetti with Italian sausages(2000¥) and Charcoal grill of Vension (meat from a deer) with mushrooms. (2600¥)

Verdict :

The pasta was definitely the highlight of the night. But, I personally think this is an excellent find for all seafood lovers since they have lot of seafood options on the menu. However, I will definitely go back to try the Porchetta and lamb chops. AND – Don’t forget to try their Panna Cotta for dessert.
