Gonpachi aka ‘The Kill Bill’ restaurant has been famous for many years and has recently opened a new restaurant in Harajuku called ‘Gonpachi Nori-Temaki’. (Close to the Harajuku station)
Temaki sushi is translated as ‘hand-rolled’ sushi. The concept of the store is authentic Japanese sushi in a casual atmosphere.
The menu consists of some favorites such as salmon, avacado, tuna and stew beef etc. All of them come with a salad leaf inside to keep the seaweed from getting soggy too quickly.
To add an extra twist, just over half the rolls can be had with ‘cauliflower rice’ : instead a mix of avocado and cauliflower substitutes the regular sushi rice 🍚 and gives the entire dish a suspiciously healthy feel.
There are not many places where you can eat Temaki sushi outside so this is a must-stop place for all sushi 🍣 lovers ❤️
