PST is Tokyo’s hidden little spot to go if you want some good brick Pizza. The attention to detail, oven craft and fresh ingredients set it apart. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. They have a seating around the bar ( with a few small tables) and a group of larger tables upstairs. There is also a decent wine list with a lot of good choices. I personally think this is my favorite place for Neapolitan pizza in Tokyo although the restaurant is small, but has a nice bar like atmosphere.
There is a cover charge of 300 Yen per person + one drink compulsory per person.
Honestly, Tokyo is adapting Italian cuisine to the Japanese palate and making it – dare I say it – Better than Italians!!!! PST is on the pricey side, but worth it for the unforgettable pizza’s.
FYI – The restaurant only accepts cash, no credit card!!
There are so many varieties of pizza to try from. Apart from classic Margharita and Marinara, the Diavola with homemade Italian sausages and olives is my favorite and so is the cheese imported from Italy.
