Textura is the newest Chinese/Spanish fusion restaurant that’s recently opened exacttly about a month ago in Yurakucho,Hibiya right across from Peninsula Hotel.
It’s one of a kind restaurant born out of numerous influences and experiences by Chef Saito. He opened Ichirin in Tsukiji in 2013 and Ichirin Hanare in Kamakura in 2017. His passion about different cuisines led him open his third restaurant ‘Textura’.
In one kitchen, chefs skilled in various world cuisines such as Chinese, Spanish, and French work together in bringing Chef Saito’s vision to food.
The restaurant is divided into two sections – Casual dining area where dishes can be ordered al a carte and you can enjoy some aperitif and wine before a big nightout/low-key night. And – HIGH END restaurant area where they offer only course menu. Price: 8000Yen (per person) excluding taxes and alcohol.
TIP: It only opened last month and with 80 seats its much easier to book now than later!
